By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers and businesses within the European Union.

SECTION 3 – CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The product presentation in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order via email.

SECTION 4 – PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices include applicable VAT (if applicable) and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We accept the following payment methods:

SECTION 5 – DELIVERY

We deliver within the EU and internationally.

Delivery times are indicated on the product page.
If delays occur, we will inform you immediately.

SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Widerrufsrecht)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party receives the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of return is provided.

You must return the goods within 14 days.

Return Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

SECTION 7 – EXCEPTIONS FROM WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Hygiene or personal care products once opened
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection if opened

SECTION 8 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns must meet the following:

  • No visible damage
  • Original packaging included

Refunds are processed after inspection using the original payment method.

SECTION 9 – WARRANTY (GEWÄHRLEISTUNG)

Consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights under EU law (minimum 2 years).

SECTION 10 – LIABILITY

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).

SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

SECTION 13 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

SECTION 14 – FINAL PROVISIONS

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
